Optimistically Enjoying a Quality Dating Service in Denver
Sometimes I am not so miserable, but I didn’t always have Great Expectations for my dating life. I finally bottomed out, this week I filed three years of back taxes. During my birthday party of datelessness, duh! Don’t judge me (j/k!). Am I crazy? Well, that’s the moment when I first considered getting out to date in Dallas or Denver.
Easy solution. I can mix up my social life with this Dallas dating service. And it never sounded better. Prolly wouldn’t be an issue, but it is. When I was a little tipsy at Julie’s soccer finals in Dallas this afternoon, Jim had to know if I’ve bumped into my soulmate. They always bring this up, every year. I didn’t want to answer, but then laughed, “I’m eating here, and no.”
And of course The Old Tooter (aka: grandpa) kept pressing me about my personal matters. I joked to each of them: “Hey look, do you even know me?”
Guess what? They smiled politely. Shortly after, I went to the gym because the dating pressure was too much. What a waste of time! I would have learned more by asking my son. Nina, who was just deployed on military commission suggested that I enlist in Great Expectations. I said, “Yeah, maybe I should.” What a relief. I especially enjoy the Denver Singles Events at Great Expectations.
Early on, dating events were a novel thing because I’m a traditionalist of sorts. This was all really foreign to me, so much so that I got a little queasy. That faux pas couldn’t put an end to a great time. The evening was a limo pub crawl from heaven. The gems of the occasion had to be the attractive, single women.
Afterwards, I realized why so many people show up to these glorious Denver Singles Events and parties at Great Expectations, I met some great people that obviously share a like-minded spirit which made for a magnificent singles event. Can’t imagine why I used to let everyone get on my back about being single. Wonderfully enough, mingling with Great Expectations is a good time and like a dream come true.
